Located in the up and coming North Carolina Music Factory office complex, we are just a couple of turns of of the Brookshire Freeway. The NC Music Factory houses dozens of dynamic businesses; we are next door to the Comedy Club business office and Creative Loafing is just above us. interactive map Some people are concerned that they will have to enter the "belly of the beast" and have to drive through downtown Charlotte to get to us, but actually, we are on the upper most point of Charlotte just inside the I-277 loop and it only takes a few minutes to reach us from Highway 77 or Brookshire Freeway.

Use Parking Lot #1, walk along Seaboard Street to enter at the left of the fountain, down the stairs, and through the double doors. We are in B-12 on the lower level

Important! Park in lot #1. Walk along the sidewalk on Seaboard St. to the fountain; walk to the left of the fountain, down the stairs, and through the double doors on your left. Follow the hall to room B-12. Other doors are locked.


From I-77

  • Look for Exit 11A signs, Brookshire Freeway (NC HWY 16, I-277 East) and take that exit.
  • As you are traveling east on Brookshire Freeway, take the first exit after I-77, the Graham Street Exit.
  • Ramp onto 10th Street at the bottom of the exit, bearing right until you come to the traffic light at graham street.
  • Bear right onto Graham Street as you approach the light, and make your way into the left lane traveling north.
  • After you pass under the bridge, and through the west 12th Street traffic light, merge into the left turn lane, and turn left onto Seaboard Street. Stay on this street for about a half mile and you will see the NC Music Factory on your right.

I-85 from the south

  • Look for Exit 36 signs HWY 16 (Brookshire Freeway, I-277 East) and make that exit, bearing right at the top of the ramp.
  • As you are traveling east on Brookshire Freeway, take the first exit after crossing over I-77, the Graham Street Exit.
  • Ramp onto 10th Street at the bottom of the exit, bearing right until you come to the traffic light at Graham Street.
  • Bear right onto raham street as you approach the light, and make your way into the left lane traveling north.
  • After you pass under the bridge, and through the west 12th Street traffic light, merge into the left turn lane, and turn left onto Seaboard Street. Stay on this street for about a half mile and you will see the NC Music Factory on your right.

I-85 from the north

  • Look for Exit 36 signs HWY 16 (Brookshire Freeway, I-277 East) and make that exit, turning left at the top of the ramp.
  • As you are traveling east on Brookshire Freeway, take the first exit after crossing over I-77, the Graham Street Exit.
  • Ramp onto 10th Street at the bottom of the exit, bearing right until you come to the traffic light at Graham Street.
  • Bear right onto Graham Street as you approach the light and make your way into the left lane traveling north.
  • After you pass under the bridge, and through the west 12th Street traffic light, merge into the left turn lane, and turn left onto Seaboard Street. Stay on this street for about a half mile and you will see the NC Music Factory on your right.
  • Also, one of our patients mentioned that it is very easy to take Graham St off of I-85 South to Seaboard St, turn right, and the NC Music Factory is just 1/2 mile on the right.

Independence Blvd (US 74) from the east

  • Follow signs for Brookshire Freeway (I-277 West/North) and exit at the Church Street Exit.
  • Go straight through first light, and take a right at the next light onto Graham Street.
  • Follow Graham Street and make your way into the left lane traveling north.
  • After you pass under the bridge, and through the west 12th Street traffic light, merge into the left turn lane, and turn left onto Seaboard Street. Stay on this street for about a half mile and you will see the NC Music Factory on your right.

From Uptown

  • Head west on 6th street, trade street, 4th street or 2nd Street, to Graham Street and take a right.
  • Stay on Graham Street heading north.
  • After you pass under the bridge, and through the west 12th Street traffic light, merge into the left turn lane, and turn left onto Seaboard Street. Stay on this street for about a half mile and you will see the NC Music Factory on your right.
